All projects start with a strategy that makes it clear where future success can be found. This can take, on average, between two to three weeks and includes:

A comprehensive audit and analysis of your current channels and content performance.

Comprehensive competitor research and analysis.

A full review of all on-going marketing and roadmapping integration with all stakeholders (both external and internal).

Assemble and deliver a detailed working strategy document, which includes training as needed.

Board level presentation when required.

Support as part of the handover process.
